空壓機在冬季如何進(jìn)行保養？

在寒冷的冬季，由于氣溫較低，空壓機一旦不注意保養服務(wù)的話(huà)，將引起設備故障。為此，在冬季，因為長(cháng)時(shí)間停機，期間沒(méi)有做防凍保護而造成冷卻器凍裂和啟動(dòng)時(shí)機體故障等的情況不在少數。針對此種情況，為空壓機用戶(hù)提出以下幾點(diǎn)空壓機因冬季保養不當而引發(fā)故障的幾點(diǎn)建議：

In cold winter, due to low temperature, once the air compressor does not pay attention to maintenance service, it will cause equipment failure. Therefore, in winter, because of the long-time shutdown and no antifreeze protection, there are not a few cases of cooler cracking and engine failure during start-up. In view of this situation, the following suggestions are put forward for air compressor users due to improper maintenance in winter:

1.停機較長(cháng)時(shí)間或油濾使用時(shí)間較久的機器，開(kāi)機前建議更換油過(guò)濾器，以防止剛開(kāi)機時(shí)因油品粘稠穿透油濾能力下降造成機體供油不足使得機體啟動(dòng)時(shí)瞬間發(fā)熱，造成機體故障；

1. For the machine that has been shut down for a long time or the oil filter has been used for a long time, it is suggested to replace the oil filter before starting up, so as to prevent the oil from being insufficient due to the viscosity of oil penetrating the oil filtration capacity when the machine is just started up, causing the engine block to heat up instantaneously when it is started up;

   
   

2.將設備斷電后應用手盤(pán)動(dòng)主機聯(lián)軸器，應轉動(dòng)靈活，對于盤(pán)動(dòng)困難的機體請不要盲目開(kāi)機，應檢查機體或電機是否有故障，潤滑油是否粘稠失效等，故障排除后方可開(kāi)機；

2. After the equipment is powered off, manually turn the main engine coupling, which should rotate flexibly. For the engine body with difficult turning, please do not start the machine blindly. Check whether the engine body or motor is faulty, whether the lubricating oil is viscous or not, etc. the machine can be started after troubleshooting;

3.空壓機開(kāi)機前應確保油溫不低于+2度，若溫度過(guò)低，請采用加熱裝置對油氣桶和主機部位加熱；

3. Before starting the air compressor, ensure that the oil temperature is not lower than + 2 ℃. If the temperature is too low, please use the heating device to heat the oil and gas barrel and the main engine;

4.檢查油位在正常位置，檢查所有冷凝水排放口已關(guān)閉（長(cháng)期停機應打開(kāi)），水冷機組還應檢查冷卻水排放口是否關(guān)閉（長(cháng)時(shí)間停機時(shí)此閥門(mén)應打開(kāi)）；

4. Check that the oil level is at the normal position, check that all condensate drain outlets have been closed (open for long-term shutdown), and check whether the cooling water discharge outlet is closed (the valve should be opened in case of long-term shutdown);

5.兩級壓縮機器特別是大功率的機型，停機一段時(shí)間后再次開(kāi)機時(shí)，需在進(jìn)氣口加入適量潤滑油并點(diǎn)動(dòng)2-3次，且將油氣桶機體的注油調節閥在剛啟動(dòng)時(shí)要全部打開(kāi)，運行穩定后如排氣溫度過(guò)低，可調節客戶(hù)冷卻水閥門(mén)的進(jìn)水量來(lái)控制溫度，如有必要再根據實(shí)際溫度情況，通過(guò)調節注油閥門(mén)來(lái)控制進(jìn)油量達到合適的排氣溫度；

5. When the two-stage compression machine, especially the high-power machine, is shut down for a period of time, it is necessary to add appropriate amount of lubricating oil at the air inlet and jog it for 2-3 times, and the oil injection regulating valve from the oil-gas barrel to the body should be opened at the beginning. After stable operation, if the exhaust temperature is too low, the water inflow of the cooling water valve of the customer can be adjusted to control the temperature. If necessary, the actual temperature can be adjusted At the same time, adjust the oil injection valve to control the amount of oil to reach the appropriate exhaust temperature;

6.變頻機要主意在冬季的排氣溫度，防止過(guò)低（主要是長(cháng)時(shí)間低頻運行造成排氣溫度過(guò)低），根據排氣溫度調節合適的冷卻水水閥的開(kāi)度，如確實(shí)有必要則可以更換為高溫型熱控制閥芯，避免油品的乳化；

6. Pay attention to the exhaust temperature of frequency converter in winter to prevent too low exhaust temperature (mainly caused by low frequency operation for a long time). Adjust the opening of cooling water valve according to the exhaust temperature. If necessary, it can be replaced by high temperature thermal control valve core to avoid oil emulsification;

7.若已安裝熱回收的機器，請關(guān)閉熱回收系統的油路閥門(mén)，等機組運行正常后再緩慢開(kāi)啟熱回收系統的油路控制閥門(mén)；

7. If the heat recovery machine has been installed, please close the oil circuit valve of the heat recovery system, and slowly open the oil circuit control valve of the heat recovery system after the unit operates normally;

8.以上工作檢查后，空壓機次開(kāi)機應作一點(diǎn)動(dòng)運行，檢查運行情況及機體啟動(dòng)時(shí)聲音是否正常。若溫度突變請立即停機檢查，切勿頻繁啟動(dòng)機器，如有必要向機體內添加適量冷卻液。

8. After the above work inspection, the air compressor should be started for the first time by inching to check the operation and whether the sound is normal when the body is started. If the temperature changes suddenly, please stop the machine immediately for inspection. Do not start the machine frequently. If necessary, add proper amount of coolant to the body.
