1、電源指示燈亮，左吸、均壓、右吸指示燈循環(huán)發(fā)亮指示制氮流程。

1. The power indicator light is on, and the indicator lights of left suction, voltage equalizing and right suction are on circularly to indicate the process of nitrogen production.

2、左吸指示燈亮時(shí)，左吸附塔壓力由均壓時(shí)平衡壓力逐漸升，制氮機同時(shí)右吸附塔壓力由均壓時(shí)平衡壓力逐漸降為零。均壓指示燈亮時(shí)，左右吸附塔壓力降一升一降逐漸達到兩者平衡。

2. When the left suction indicator light is on, the pressure of the left adsorption tower gradually rises to the highest value from the equilibrium pressure during pressure equalization, and the pressure of the right adsorption tower of the nitrogen generator gradually drops to zero from the equilibrium pressure when the pressure is equalized. When the pressure equalizing indicator light is on, the pressure drop of the left and right adsorption towers increases and decreases gradually to reach the balance between the two.

3、右吸指示燈亮時(shí)，右吸附塔壓力由均壓時(shí)平衡壓力逐漸升，同時(shí)左吸附塔壓力由均壓時(shí)平衡壓力逐漸降為零。

4、制氮機氮氣出口壓力指示為正常用氣壓力，使用時(shí)壓力會(huì )有稍微波動(dòng)，但變化不應過(guò)大。

6、制氮機測氧儀示值應不小于制氮設備的額定純度，也許會(huì )有少許波動(dòng)，但不應波動(dòng)過(guò)大。
