螺桿鼓風(fēng)機潤滑脂經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間的使用，會(huì )發(fā)生性能老化和泄露消耗，因此需要及時(shí)進(jìn)行補充或更換。羅茨鼓風(fēng)機使用潤滑脂，通常每3個(gè)月左右補充一次，是否需要更換，應視潤滑脂的質(zhì)量狀況而定。主要判斷依據：

（3）不同種類(lèi)的脂不能混合，新脂、舊脂不能混合，因此更換潤滑脂時(shí)，應將廢脂徹底，然后填入新脂。

（4）潤滑脂的填充應當適量。填充過(guò)少，會(huì )造成潤滑不夠。填充過(guò)量，潤滑脂過(guò)度攪拌、急劇升溫，又造成分油、分解與泄露。
(4) The filling of lubricating grease should be appropriate. Too little filling will result in insufficient lubrication. Overfilling, excessive stirring and sharp temperature rise of grease cause oil separation, decomposition and leakage.
