制氮機由空壓機段、空氣預處理段及膜分離段三部分組成。分體組裝在礦用平板車(chē)上,三段之間以高壓膠管相連,從而構成制氮裝置。吸附式制氮機以空氣為原料,以碳分子篩作為吸附劑,運用變壓吸附原理,利用碳分子篩對氧和氮的選擇性吸附而使氮和氧分離的方法,通稱(chēng)PSA制氮。
The nitrogen generator consists of air compressor section, air pretreatment section and membrane separation section. The three sections are connected by high-pressure rubber tubes to form a nitrogen making device. Adsorption type nitrogen generator uses air as raw material, carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent, using pressure swing adsorption principle, using carbon molecular sieve to selectively adsorb oxygen and nitrogen to separate nitrogen and oxygen, which is generally known as PSA nitrogen production.
制氮機是按變壓吸附技術(shù)設計、制造的氮氣設備。制氮機以進(jìn)口碳分子篩為吸附劑,采用常溫下變壓吸附原理分離空氣制取高純度的氮氣。
Nitrogen generator is designed and manufactured according to pressure swing adsorption technology. High quality imported carbon molecular sieve is used as adsorbent in the nitrogen generator, and the principle of pressure swing adsorption at room temperature is used to separate air to produce high purity nitrogen.
一般制氮機設備濾芯周期約為8000小時(shí),或根據濾芯組差值表表明可更換濾芯。另一個(gè)極端的情況是濾芯組故障,導致空氣從空氣壓縮機直接排放到氮氣機主機中,導致碳分子瞄準或膜群中毒,當氮的純度肯定會(huì )下降時(shí),基本上無(wú)法保存,只能更換主機設備或返回工廠(chǎng)檢查。 在正常溫度下,工業(yè)制氮機設備生產(chǎn)一般分為兩種模式,即可變壓力吸附氮和膜分離的氮生產(chǎn)。
Generally, the filter element cycle of nitrogen generator equipment is about 8000 hours, or the filter element can be replaced according to the difference table of filter element group. The other extreme case is the failure of filter element group, which leads to the direct discharge of air from the air compressor to the main engine of nitrogen machine, resulting in carbon molecule aiming or membrane group poisoning. When the purity of nitrogen is sure to decline, it is basically unable to save, so the main equipment can only be replaced or returned to the factory for inspection. At normal temperature, the production of industrial nitrogen generator equipment is generally divided into two modes, namely nitrogen production by variable pressure adsorption and nitrogen production by membrane separation.
