在使用自動(dòng)排水器時(shí)應注意什么?

在冷干機（冷凍干燥機）中自動(dòng)排水器可以說(shuō)是很容易出故障的一個(gè)部件。螺桿空壓機廠(chǎng)家采用SKF雙平衡軸承和瑞士SPARK GROUP超耐磨高溫壓縮軸承，可以滿(mǎn)足500攝氏度范圍內的高速回轉壓縮，軸承振幅超過(guò)GB10068-2000標準。

采用大主機低轉速的設計原理，加大對主機與壓縮空氣含油量的控制，使空壓機在低壓4bar以下。變頻空壓機在設定所需壓力下機組會(huì )始終保持±0.1bar壓力的恒壓供氣；當用氣量大時(shí)壓力保持不變而轉速自動(dòng)補償，確保供氣需要；當用氣量小時(shí)壓力保持不變而轉速自動(dòng)降低，滿(mǎn)足僅夠用的氣量。

變頻軟啟動(dòng)避免了電氣沖擊，避免機械沖擊；免除機組長(cháng)時(shí)間高速運行的不利因素；無(wú)接觸器，避免電接觸故障。原因是冷干機所排出的凝結（condensation）水并不是清潔水，而是混有固態(tài)雜質(zhì)(灰塵、銹泥等)、油污的稠狀液體(所以自動(dòng)排水器又叫“自動(dòng)排污器”)，這些雜質(zhì)是極易堵塞(dǔ sè)排水小孔。請注意定時(shí)對排水器進(jìn)行維護并裝拆順序對其不銹鋼(不銹耐酸鋼)濾網(wǎng)(Filter mesh)進(jìn)行清洗，清水和皂液皆可。

Variable frequency soft start avoids electric shock and mechanical shock, avoids unfavorable factors of long-time high-speed operation, and avoids electric contact fault without contactor. The reason is that the condensation water discharged from the cold dryer is not clean water, but thick liquid mixed with solid impurities (dust, rust mud, etc.) and oil (so the automatic drainer is also called "automatic drainer"). These impurities are very easy to block (D ǔ s è) drainage holes. Please pay attention to the regular maintenance of the drainer and the sequence of assembly and disassembly, and clean the stainless steel (stainless acid resistant steel) filter mesh with clean water and soap.

另外，自動(dòng)排水器要有一定壓力才能工作，例如常用的 RAD404（死頁(yè)面） 型自動(dòng)排水器低工作氣壓是 0.15MPa，壓力太低會(huì )出現漏氣現象?？諌簷C生產(chǎn)廠(chǎng)家速度型壓縮機是回轉式連續氣流壓縮機，在其中高速旋轉的葉片使通過(guò)它的氣體加速，從而將速度能轉化為壓力。

In addition, the automatic drainer must have a certain pressure to work. For example, the commonly used rad404 (dead page) automatic drainer has a low working pressure of 0.15Mpa. If the pressure is too low, air leakage will occur. The speed compressor of air compressor manufacturer is a rotary continuous flow compressor, in which the high-speed rotating blade accelerates the gas passing through it, so that the speed can be converted into pressure.

這種轉化部分發(fā)生在旋轉葉片上，部分發(fā)生在固定的擴壓器或回流器擋板上。但自動(dòng)排水器壓力也不能超過(guò)額定值以防止貯水杯發(fā)生爆裂。在環(huán)境溫度低于零度時(shí)要放盡貯水杯內的凝結水，以防結冰、凍裂。

This transformation takes place partly on the rotating blade and partly on the fixed diffuser or reflux baffle. However, the pressure of the automatic drainer should not exceed the rated value to prevent the water cup from bursting. When the ambient temperature is lower than zero, the condensate in the water storage cup should be drained to prevent freezing and cracking.
