Air compressor is one of the general equipment in manufacturing industry. Energy saving management of air compressor is one of the tasks to realize energy saving of enterprises, so how to manage energy saving?
1.治理泄漏
1. Control the leakage
據測算,一個(gè)1mm2的小孔,在7bar壓力下,泄漏量約為1.5L/S,檢查所有的輸送管網(wǎng)及用氣點(diǎn),特別是接頭、閥門(mén)等處,及時(shí)處理泄漏點(diǎn)。
According to the calculation, under the pressure of 7bar, the leakage of a 1mm2 small hole is about 1.5l/s. Check all the pipeline network and gas consumption points, especially the joints and valves, and deal with the leakage point in time.
2.壓降治理
2. Pressure drop treatment
通過(guò)管路分段設立壓力表檢測壓力,詳細檢查你的各段壓降,有問(wèn)題的管網(wǎng)段及時(shí)檢查維護。一般空壓機出口到用氣點(diǎn),壓降不能超過(guò)1bar,嚴格的甚是不超過(guò)10%即0.7bar,冷干過(guò)濾段的壓降一般0.2bar.工廠(chǎng)盡量布置環(huán)型管網(wǎng),平衡各點(diǎn)用氣壓力。
Set up a pressure gauge to detect the pressure through the pipeline section, check the pressure drop of each section in detail, and timely check and maintain the pipe network section with problems. Generally, the pressure drop from the outlet of air compressor to the gas consumption point should not exceed 1 bar, strictly not more than 10%, i.e. 0.7 bar. The pressure drop of cold dry filter section is generally 0.2 bar. The factory should try to arrange annular pipe network to balance the gas consumption pressure at each point.
3.調整用氣設備壓力匹配
3. Adjust the pressure matching of gas equipment
評估用氣設備的壓力需求,在保證生產(chǎn)的情況下盡量調低空壓機排氣壓力??諌簷C排氣壓力每降低1bar,約7~10%。
Evaluate the pressure demand of gas equipment, and try to reduce the exhaust pressure of air compressor under the condition of ensuring production. When the discharge pressure of the air compressor is reduced by 1 bar, the energy saving is about 7 ~ 10%.
4.調整不合理用氣行為
4. Adjust unreasonable gas consumption
據權威數據,空壓機的電能利用率僅為10%左右,有90%左右轉換為熱能損失掉了,需對廠(chǎng)用氣動(dòng)設備進(jìn)行評估,能否改用電動(dòng)方式解決。同時(shí)也應堅決杜絕用壓縮風(fēng)做常規清掃工作。
According to authoritative data, the utilization rate of electric energy of air compressor is only about 10%, and about 90% of it is converted into heat energy loss. It is necessary to evaluate the auxiliary pneumatic equipment, and whether it can be solved by electric way. At the same time, it is also necessary to eliminate the use of compressed air for routine cleaning.
5.采用集控模式
5. Adopt centralized control mode
空壓機數量少,可采用一臺變頻空壓機調壓,如果數量較多,可采用集中聯(lián)動(dòng)控制,避免多臺空壓機參數設置時(shí)造成的階梯式排氣壓力上升。
If the number of air compressors is small, one variable frequency air compressor can be used for pressure regulation. If the number is large, centralized linkage control can be adopted to avoid the step exhaust pressure rise caused by the parameter setting of multiple air compressors.
6.做好設備維護、清潔
6. Do a good job in equipment maintenance and cleaning
增加空壓機散熱效果,水冷、空冷等換熱器的交換效果,保持油質(zhì)。
Increase the air compressor cooling effect, water cooling, air cooling heat exchanger exchange effect, maintain oil quality.
7.空壓機余熱回收
7. Air compressor waste heat recovery
回收空壓機油系熱量制備熱水,用于其他工藝或輔助生活設施。
The heat of air compressor oil system is recovered to prepare hot water for other processes or auxiliary living facilities.
8.干燥系統改造
8. Modification of drying system
新型干燥裝備用空壓風(fēng)余熱對壓縮空氣進(jìn)行干燥脫水,率超過(guò)80%。
The new drying equipment uses the waste heat of compressed air to dry and dehydrate the compressed air, and the energy saving rate is more than 80%.
對于已列入淘汰的高耗能設備目錄以及能效過(guò)低的空壓機,要考慮用能效高的新型空壓機整體更新。
For the list of high energy consuming equipment that has been eliminated by the state and the air compressor with low energy efficiency, it is necessary to consider the overall renewal of the new air compressor with high energy efficiency.
