選擇干燥設備參考依據是什么？

當固體物料表面水的蒸汽壓大于干燥介質(zhì)中水蒸汽的分壓時(shí)，物料表面的水分就會(huì )不斷汽化而進(jìn)入空氣，而物料內部水分不斷擴散到物料表面。

干燥推動(dòng)力為物料表面水的蒸汽壓與干燥介質(zhì)中水蒸汽的分壓的差值。
