一、油循環(huán)系統：在啟動(dòng)前，啟動(dòng)油泵控制系統，油泵控制系統啟動(dòng)后保證空壓機各潤滑部件潤滑良好，同時(shí)油泵控制系統可通過(guò)內置的溫控閥來(lái)調節內部油壓和油溫，以滿(mǎn)足系統需要。

1、 Oil circulation system: before starting, the oil pump control system should be started first. After the oil pump control system is started, all lubricating parts of the air compressor can be well lubricated. 2、 Air circulation system: when the compressor is working, air is sucked through self-cleaning air filter and cleaned automatically by PLC. The air enters into compression after automatic adjustment of inlet guide vane. The compressed gas temperature is higher, and then it enters the intercooler for cooling (water goes in the pipe, gas goes outside the pipe, and the water flow of intercooler is required to be 110m / h). When entering the secondary compression system, in order to avoid the gas in the system from pouring into the compression cavity (to avoid starting with pressure), a suspended full open check valve is installed in the exhaust pipe of the compressor. The gas discharged from the compressor pushes the check valve open to enter the exhaust muffler, then enters the cooler, the secondary aftercooler and then enters the main exhaust pipe.

三、水路循環(huán)系統：冷卻水通過(guò)管道進(jìn)入空壓機中間冷卻器對壓縮排出的氣體進(jìn)行冷卻降溫，再進(jìn)入后冷器對排氣進(jìn)行冷卻，另一路冷卻水進(jìn)水管道經(jīng)過(guò)主電機上部的兩組換熱器冷卻電機繞組，還有一路對油冷卻器進(jìn)行冷卻。

3、 Water circulation system: the cooling water enters the intermediate cooler of the air compressor through the pipeline to cool the compressed exhaust gas, and then enters the aftercooler to cool the exhaust gas. The other cooling water inlet pipe cools the motor winding through the two groups of heat exchangers on the upper part of the main motor, and one way cools the oil cooler.

四、配電系統：空壓機為2000kW高壓電機（10kV）采用全壓?jiǎn)?dòng)，控制柜為戶(hù)內交流、金屬鎧裝抽出式開(kāi)關(guān)設備，開(kāi)關(guān)設備由固定的柜體和可抽出部件即手車(chē)兩大部分組成，實(shí)現控制、保護、監測的目的，具有“五防”功能。

4、 Power distribution system: the air compressor is 2000kW high-voltage motor (10kV), which adopts full voltage starting. The control cabinet is indoor AC and metal armored draw out switch equipment. 六、直流電源系統：全自動(dòng)免維護鉛酸蓄電池直流電源成套設備，由充電裝置屏，直流饋電屏和蓄電池組成，具有自動(dòng)穩流，自動(dòng)穩壓，自動(dòng)調壓等功能，為信號屏和高壓控制系統提供電源。

6、 DC power supply system: a complete set of automatic maintenance free lead-acid battery DC power supply equipment, which is composed of charging device panel, DC feed panel and battery, has the functions of automatic current stabilization, automatic voltage stabilization and automatic voltage regulation, providing power for signal panel and high-voltage control system.

七、DTC控制系統：DTC控制屏是空壓機的“大腦”，各類(lèi)現場(chǎng)傳感器的數值，匯總DTC控制屏，在DTC控制屏上顯示各類(lèi)運行參數，并監視空壓機各部分的運行狀態(tài)，當某些參數超出允許范圍時(shí)，DTC會(huì )發(fā)出相應的報警或自動(dòng)使空壓機停機。

7、 DTC control system: the DTC control panel is the "brain" of the air compressor. The values of various field sensors are summarized to the DTC control panel. Various operating parameters are displayed on the DTC control panel, and the operation status of each part of the air compressor is monitored. When some parameters exceed the allowable range, DTC will send out corresponding alarm or automatically shut down the air compressor.
