如何預防空壓機油分芯燒毀？

油分芯是螺桿空壓機重要的配件之一，是把油和氣分離開(kāi)，讓油回到空壓機內部循環(huán)，讓氣排出供給用戶(hù)使用。同時(shí)，油分芯也是易損的耗材，到期后就需要及時(shí)更換。

在使用過(guò)程中，會(huì )遇到不同的故障問(wèn)題，油分芯燒毀是其中一種。油分芯燒毀故障實(shí)際上是油分芯被點(diǎn)燃了，那么，預防空壓機油分芯燒毀的措施是什么?

1、停用了一段時(shí)間的空壓機，或冬天氣溫低時(shí)，再次啟動(dòng)機器前，往主機內部加入少量潤滑油，讓主機啟動(dòng)時(shí)有潤滑油和冷卻。

1. When the air compressor has been stopped for a period of time, or when the temperature is low in winter, before starting the machine again, add a small amount of lubricating oil to the main engine, so that there is lubricating oil and cooling when the main engine starts.

2、日常運行中，注意空壓機的排氣溫度，一旦發(fā)現機器長(cháng)時(shí)間排氣溫度過(guò)高運行時(shí)，找出高溫的原因并解決問(wèn)題。讓空壓機在正常的排氣溫度

3、靜電釋放明火燒毀油分芯。檢測空壓機的接地是否正常、油氣桶是否與機器地線(xiàn)導通、安裝油分時(shí)注意觀(guān)察與石棉墊接觸的油氣桶平面是否有異物。例如生銹的平面、有涂過(guò)密封膠的平面，或者其他異物影響到與油分接地導通。

3. Electrostatic discharge and open fire destroy the oil core. Check whether the grounding of the air compressor is normal, whether the oil and gas drum is connected with the ground wire of the machine, and pay attention to observe whether there are foreign matters on the plane of the oil and gas drum contacting with the asbestos pad when installing the oil separator. For example, rusty surface, coated with sealant plane, or other foreign matters affect the connection with oil sub grounding.

4、檢查電控箱內有無(wú)纖維、泡沫或者其他易燃的材料，防止電控箱內各部件工作時(shí)產(chǎn)生的電弧引燃這些材料，從而引發(fā)火災燒毀機器。

5、設計了溫控閥的空壓機出現高溫問(wèn)題，應遵循根治問(wèn)題的原則。溫控閥壞了該更換就更換，不要隨意短接溫控閥。

6、噴油回轉空壓機由于排氣溫度低，一般沒(méi)有積碳的問(wèn)題，但作為循環(huán)油，應具有良好的抗氧化作用，以保證一定的壽命。對于噴油回轉式空壓機應該使用特殊油，或具有良好抗乳化的循環(huán)油?？寡趸瘎┰谝话愕膲嚎s機溫度下應具有足夠低的揮發(fā)性，使潤滑油保持到換油時(shí)間。

6.
