網(wǎng)絡(luò )技術(shù)又稱(chēng)關(guān)鍵線(xiàn)路法，是一種計劃管理方法。它是通過(guò)分析項目過(guò)程中哪個(gè)活動(dòng)序列進(jìn)度安排的總時(shí)差少來(lái)預測項目工期。它用網(wǎng)絡(luò )圖表示各項工作之間的相互關(guān)系，找出控制工期的關(guān)鍵路線(xiàn)，以達到縮短工期、提供工效、降低成本的目的。
