如何延長(cháng)制氮機的使用壽命？

  制氮機很多人都有用過(guò)，但如何使它的使用壽命延長(cháng)未必有人了解，以下是一簡(jiǎn)單的操作流程。

一、將制氮機、氮氣入口閥以及取樣閥都關(guān)閉，同時(shí)也關(guān)閉制氮機的電源開(kāi)關(guān)。等待系統和管道完全泄壓結束（系統排出的廢氣為濃縮氧氣，注意消防平安，室內空氣流通疏通）。調節氧分析儀進(jìn)行取樣并將減壓閥壓力調節到 1.0bar ，調節取樣流量計，將氣量調在 1 左右即可，注意采樣氣量不宜過(guò)大 。開(kāi)始檢測氮氣純度。  二、在壓縮空氣氣源壓力達到 0.7MPa 以上時(shí)，打開(kāi)制氮機總進(jìn)口的截止閥 ,然后調節減壓閥將壓力降低到 0.4-0.5Mpa 左右，同時(shí)注意觀(guān)察兩個(gè)吸附罐的壓力情況以及氣動(dòng)閥的工作是否能夠正常進(jìn)行。

1、 Close the nitrogen generator, nitrogen inlet valve and sampling valve, and turn off the power switch of the nitrogen generator. Wait for the complete pressure relief of the system and pipeline (the exhaust gas from the system is concentrated oxygen, pay attention to fire safety, and the indoor air circulation is unblocked). Adjust the oxygen analyzer for sampling, adjust the pressure of the pressure reducing valve to 1.0 bar, adjust the sampling flowmeter to adjust the gas volume to about 1, and pay attention to the fact that the sampling gas volume should not be too large. Start to test the purity of nitrogen. Two, when the compressed air source pressure reaches above 0.7MPa, turn on the total inlet valve of the nitrogen generator, then adjust the pressure reducing valve to reduce the pressure to about 0.4-0.5Mpa. At the same time, observe the pressure of the two adsorption tanks and whether the work of the pneumatic valve can be carried out normally.

三、然后順時(shí)針打開(kāi) PLC 主站電控柜上的制氮機電源開(kāi)關(guān)。觀(guān)察兩個(gè)吸附塔的壓力變化，判斷兩吸附塔是否能夠正常切換。再生塔壓力為零，均勻時(shí)兩塔壓力應接近原工作塔壓力的一半。

3、 Then turn on the power switch of nitrogen generator on the electric control cabinet of PLC master station clockwise. Observe the pressure changes of the two adsorption towers to judge whether the two adsorption towers can switch normally. When the pressure of regeneration tower is zero, the pressure of two towers should be close to half of the original working tower pressure.

四、打開(kāi)測氧儀的電源開(kāi)關(guān)，并調節適量的取樣流量，觀(guān)察含氧量。根據需要的氮氣純度調節純度閥的開(kāi)度，純度合格后自動(dòng)切換進(jìn)入氮氣儲罐，儲氮罐儲氮壓力一般為 0.6 0.8MPa 左右。

4、 Turn on the power switch of the oxygen meter, adjust the appropriate amount of sampling flow, and observe the oxygen content. Adjust the opening of the purity valve according to the required nitrogen purity, and automatically switch to the nitrogen storage tank after the purity is qualified. The nitrogen storage pressure of the nitrogen storage tank is generally about 0.60.8mpa.

五、關(guān)閉整個(gè)系統和系統各部分，在制氮機吸附罐壓力達到 0.6MPa 左右時(shí)，觀(guān)察制氮系統是否正常工作。

5、 Close the whole system and all parts of the system, and observe whether the nitrogen generation system works normally when the pressure of adsorption tank of nitrogen generator reaches about 0.6MPa.

六、緩慢打開(kāi)放空入口截止閥，調節流量額定流量的 1/2。調整氮氣入口閥的開(kāi)度來(lái)調節氮氣的純度和流量。

6、 Slowly open the vent inlet stop valve and adjust the flow to 1 / 2 of the rated flow. Adjust the opening of nitrogen inlet valve to adjust the purity and flow of nitrogen.

七、觀(guān)察測氧儀指示的氧含量是否符合要求。當氮氣純度達到要求后，再緩慢打開(kāi)純氣出口截止閥，將流量調所需的流量，關(guān)閉放空入口截止閥，當設備正常運轉后即可投入使用。

7、 Observe whether the oxygen content indicated by the oxygen meter meets the requirements. When the nitrogen purity meets the requirements, slowly open the pure gas outlet stop valve, adjust the flow to the required flow, close the vent inlet stop valve, and put the equipment into use after normal operation.
