    Hi Mat,
Thanks for the information- great video.

One area I would like to improve is service at open for inspections. Do you have any tips on making the experience better than your competitors. OFI’s are often my first contact with a potential seller & therefore a great source of business.

I often find that most of the time I spend at opens is taking name, address and numbers and little time talking with those that attend. I do not have any assistance with OFI’s. any tips would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey Trent,
Just in my experience you do need someone to help you. I very rarely if ever do open homes on my own for that reason. One thing I used to do is have a friend help me on Saturday’s. He was a retired Guy that was really interested in real estate. It looks better too when there are two people at them.
The other thing we do is give everyone a clipboard and a short questionnaire that they fill out once they have looked at the property. We give it to buyers when they walk in after we have filled out their names and details on the top. It allows us to get instant feedback and it’s different from the competition.
    Hope that helps a little.
