Things are great. Both of my assistants are going into sales now on their own, I’m really happy for them. Jimmy is powering in his area at the moment, he is so committed to doing well. I’m doing a video on his launch into sales tomorrow and will be tracking his progression on video. I’m that pumped at the moment listed about 6 auctions in the past few days and they are all great property. I feel brilliant. I feel like I’m bursting with energy. Things are really good. Like Oprah says, the future is so bright it burns my eyes.

How many auctions do you take on at once? previously and now?
I do remember quite some time ago you were carrying 90 listings.

Auctions I ideally like managing 3 to 4 at once but no more than 5 or 6 at a time. They just take a lot of management to do them properly.

Can I ask what do you do now that your assistant move away from assisting you and now into sales. Do they attempt to master both or do you replace them??
What areas do they go onto do???

They will still help out for a little while but are mainly focused on building their businesses now.
I have one of my old assistants coming back to work with me again, he went to Sydney to do something else but has decided to come back.
Jimmy is doing an area called Kincumber and Tracy has already been working her own area for a while now and will continue to do so.

An old assistant that’s great, its nice to see you continue to maintain that relationship with your previous staff.
Do you do that with all staff that have left your business??? I try to do this as you never know where your next lead may come from or if they become really successful. I have recently had a guy that worked in my office (not directly with me) become quiet successful and he shared his goals and success with me, what are your thoughts on this and do you do this???

I do most of the time although sometimes people just move on and you don’t really keep in contact.
Yes I feel that if everyone is working together it creates more and more synergy and greater success for everyone.
